Do you have a warranty?
Yes, and it lasts for 24 months. Sleek Supply Co. has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for 12 months after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free.
However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.
If you’ve purchased from our site or Amazon, the order number will suffice; otherwise you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized Sleek Supply dealer.
How long does shipping take?
Free Worldwide Shipping! Shippingin Australia – Watch will arrive 4 to 7 days from order. Shipping to our New Zealand friends might take an extra couple of days…
International Shipping – We love shipping our watches all over the place, especially to the US and Canada, and will always ensure tracking and insurance is in place.
You will be given a tracking number after your order has been shipped.
Whats your return policy?
We offer returns 30 days from the purchase of your watch. We want to make sure you love the watch so we give you ample time to send it back to us if you decide to return. We’ll even cover the shipping cost!
Email us at info@sleeksupply.com with your unique transaction ID. Once we receive your shipment and verify that it is unworn and has no blemishes or signs of wear, a full refund will be issued.
